Notes - We went to a wedding of another cousin's son's wedding 3 weeks ago in Sheldon, so we stayed in Thorp. It turned out that St. Mary's was having their yearly Polish Dinner on that Sunday so we stayed long enough to have wonderful homemade food. I think Bernice Symbol was one of the cooks.
My brother has gone to Ellis Island.com and found when Peter and Anna and their family came from Poland. It tells their ages and the city they came from in Poland. (Pisarzowa) I went to Poland last summer, but we were on a tour so we couldn't go to Pisarzowa, but we were close! It is close to Zakopane so I guess we are Goralus! I will go another time. My cousin Jim, Ray SLowiak's son, works in Poland in theater at least 3 times a year. He did go to Limanowa, the actual town where Slowiaks came from and found the cemetary to be full of SLowiaks. But that is all the time he had. He would like to go again too. I think Limanowa must be a dot on the map and Pisarzowa a tiny bit bigger next to it.
Well, enough for now. Tell me about yourself and your family.
